9 Bike Shows Highlight Sturgis Buffalo Chip

Flashy chrome, crazy customization, new-tech engineering and old-school horsepower will all be on display at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in August when distinct bike shows make the venue the “Bike Show Capital of the World.”

The motorcycle shows, scheduled to take place Saturday, Aug. 4 – Friday, Aug. 10, will feature the world’s most eye-popping machines on 2 or 3 wheels.

Participants in most shows have the opportunity to win prizes ranging from cold, hard cash and custom trophies to full features in national magazines.

The bike shows, all slated to present various makes, models and customized styles, are open and free for public viewing. You can read about them all here but we’ll be posting about them throughout the month as we get closer to rally time, too.
