Much like my high school reunion, First Mfg Cascade Gloves hearken back to the Golden Age of Mullets. The difference being that these mitt protectors serve as a nod to 1980s racing gloves.
This light, lined retro glove has a zipper and Velcro closure, rubber knuckles, stretch panels, and touch tech fingers. That last one there is for all you kids who like to bust out the smart phone on a break. See, back in the 1980s, young `uns, mobile phones were these gigantic boxy affairs with equally clunky numbered buttons set into them. We didn’t need no sensitive finger tips because we beat our phone buttons into submission with good ol’ fashion gumption. If you were lucky, the phone fit into a saddlebag but we didn’t care; we were too busy riding our new-fangled Shovelheads uphill in the snow, both ways. Everywhere. And we liked it.
