First Harley-Davidson reinvents the Softail, now it’s got two new Sportster models coming out. I told you about the Iron 1200 yesterday but now I’m going to take a look at the Fourty-Eight Special. Yesterday we looked at the murdered-out Sporty. Today we peep the flasher.
No, not that kind of flasher and not the kind of peeping.

The bulldog stance is an attention-getter also. Unlike the Iron 1200’s blackout look, this bike blends chrome and black with a metal-flake bite on the back end after your eyes take it in.
The Forty-Eight Special Motorcycle features a `70’s-inspired tank graphic and badge that shows the bike’s retro roots while a balance of blacked-out and chrome finishes give it that authentic custom attitude

The bulldog stance with a slammed speedometer and peanut tank, massive triple clamps, and 49mm front forks defined the meaty look further.

This bike also has a ribbed, solo-style seat for all-day cruising comfort while maintaining the bike’s minimalist style.
